Mohammed Rezwan is a sustainability architect and the executive director of Shidhulai, a non-profit that he founded to connect the environment, poverty and women’s rights.

He has developed a floating education system to ensure year-round access to quality education in flood-prone regions in Bangladesh and his work has garnered numerous international awards.

Rezwan’s most recent innovation is his “floating farms” that help women and small farmers deal with rising waters in the region.
