EXPLORE NORWAY

Silje Lundberg served as the director of “Nature and Youth,” Norway’s largest environmental organization for young people, with 7000 members, 25 years and under. Silje is from Senja Island, an island in the North, above the arctic circle that is also home to the world’s largest cold-water coral reef and the last big stock of cod fish.

“They have fooled this whole region into believing that the only way to get new jobs is to open for drilling, so now they are willing to take a huge risk for just a few new jobs.”
